Despite losing against Watford last weekend, Alan Pardew looks set to continue as West Brom manager for the forseeable future as the club try to avoid relegation.
West Brom have reviewed his position, but with time running out before the end of the season and a lack of available candidates, Pardew could be safe for now.
Despite the most recent defeat, Pardew did seem to get a better performance from his players and that could be what has given him some breathing space.
West Brom have only won one game since he came to the Hawthorns, and there have been a string of disciplinary issues to compound their problems on the pitch.
