Bournemouth and Neto reached an agreement to extend the goalkeeper's contract for many more years. The English club made the goalkeeper's contract extension official on Monday.
The Brazilian signed a new document in which he committed himself to the Cherries until at least June 2026. In doing so, he extended his stay at the club for three more years.
"I am very happy. I would like to thank the support of the fans from the moment I arrived. It was unbelievable. We will give our 100 per cent to stay in the Premier League," he said.
The goalkeeper joined the Premier League side last August from Barcelona. The Bournemouth side are currently second-bottom of the table.
