Bayern Munich have made an offer for Sadio Mane, and according to recent reports, the Liverpool player is open to negotiations. 'Mundo Deportivo' suggests that Mane's move to Bayern would therefore make Lewandowski's exit from the Bavarian club less troublesome.

The Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid could be Sadio Mane's last game as a Red. The Senegalese is not clear on his future. "I'll give you an answer after the final", he said when asked about his 2022/23 plans in a recent interview.

Madrid are one of many clubs interested in Mane, but Bayern are in the most advanced position in terms of signing the player, as they have already made an offer for him. According to 'Bild', the Bavarian giants have put a 30 million euro offer on the table.

Bayern are confident that they will be able to complete the transfer following the final in Paris, and Robert Lewandowski will be rubbing his hands at the news.

According to 'Mundo Deportivo', if Liverpool have not yet responded to Bayern's interest in Mane, this means they are considering allowing him to make the move. All this makes Lewandowski's dream of moving to Barcelona more realistic.

Lewandowski has already said that he wishes to leave Bayern as he feels his time at the club has run its course. The German giants have already named Mane as his successor. By confirming Mane's arrival at the club, the Pole's move to Barcelona will become less troublesome.

Barca are also sensitive to Mane's possible move to Munich. 'Sport' adds that the Catalan club are confident in completing 'operation Lewandowski', and that it could happen sooner than expected. According to this source, his signing is in a "very advanced" stage: a full agreement has been made between both parties concerning a three year deal. All that remains is negotiating his price...
