According to ‘L'Equipe’, Olympique Lyon have told all the players in their squad that they are for sale. The club's owner, John Textor, promised the financial body (DNCG) that he would get a total of 100 million euros in sales. With 8 days to go until the end of the market, he has only raised just over 24.

The transfer window in Europe is running down to its final days and the various teams are trying to finalise the last additions to their squads. Nevertheless, the offices are in a frenzy to balance all the figures and comply with the financial rules of each competition.

However, as reported by ‘L'Equipe’, Olympique Lyon have a big problem on the table. The media claims that the players have already been told that they will all be put up for sale and offers will be accepted for every one of them, as long as the agreed figures are reached.

The club's owner, John Textor, promised the financial body (DNC) that he would raise a total of 100 million euros before the transfer window closed. However, with eight days to go, he has only raised 24.25 million.

All signs point to catastrophic management on the part of the club, which has spent as much as 134.29 million on the eight new signings for this season, some of them for quite large sums.
