Atletico Madrid revealed via their official channels the 22 man squad for the clash with Espanyol. Koke and Saul Niguez will not play due to injury.

Diego Simeone got back Thomas Lemar and Marcos Llorente this Saturday after they recovered from their respective muscle injuries. The pair are included in the 22 man squad to face Espanyol at the Metropolitano on Sunday. Koke is out injured while Saul Niguez is suspended.

Everything seems to indicate that the captain will return next week, with their eyes on Mallorca and the cup tie against Almazan. What does seem clear is that he will be in Luis Enrique's squad for the World Cup in Qatar.

The full squad is the following: Jan Oblak, Ivo Grbic and Antonio Gomis are the goalkeepers, Nahuel Molina, Sergio Diez, Stefan Savic, Felipe Monteiro, Jose Maria Gimenez, Mario Hermoso, Reinildo Mandava and Sergio Reguilon in defence, Marcos Llorente, Rodrigo de Paul, Axel Witsel, Geoffrey Kondogbia and Thomas Lemar have been selected for the midfield while strikers Angel Correa, Alvaro Morata, Matheus Cunha, Antoine Griezmann and Joao Felix complete the list.
