A group of American investors would take over Inter Milan and the first decision they would make would be to hire Jurgen Klopp. Following the rumours coming out of Italy, the German coach claimed to have "values and principles", ruling out his departure from Liverpool.
Liverpool's current situation is not the best. Away from the top of the Premier League and a few points off the Champions League places, Jurgen Klopp will decide at the end of the season what is the best option for his future.
The German, who a few days ago demanded signings, made it clear that he wants to stay on. "We have a future together, it is our decision how we deal with things. We have values and principles," he said.
A report from Italy, more precisely from 'La Stampa', claimed that the former Borussia Dortmund coach could replace Simone Inzaghi at Inter Milan.
An American investment group is reportedly close to purchasing the rights to the 'Nerazzurri' by mid-2023. The first decision they would like to take, a priori, would be to remove the Italian coach and bring Klopp to Milan.
Following the news reported by the Italian newspaper, Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk spoke to 'Sky Sports': "Of course he will stay, Klopp is the boss and that doesn't change. I'm very happy with him and he's very happy here".
