Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann revealed in his biography that Los Rojiblancos provide him with 'everything to be happy', he admits that he learns from Diego Simeone 'on a daily basis' and he wants 'to keep doing that', but he emphasizes that although he his contracted until 2022, he is not ruling anything out.

Written in first person, in collaboration with journalist Arnaud Ramsey, Griezmann reveals all in 'Behind the smile', his biography which is released today. He documents his journey with his beginnings in Macon up to his rise to the summit, as he has managed to, as he puts it, eat at the same table as Messi and Ronaldo.

The Atletico forward insists in the book's final chapter titled 'Praise to Freedom', that he hasn't decided on his future and that "it depends on various factors."

Griezmann, who revealed that Pep Guardiola wanted ot bring him to Barcelona and that, after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, he could have signed for Tottenham, who wanted him as a replacement for Gareth Bale. He says that Atletico are "a family" and he feels good, "with a project which is still developing".

"In June 2017 I extended my contract. I am contracted to the club until 2022. Although I haven't won trophies, I have everything here to be happy. What I don't want to say is that I won't leave one day. I have not taken that decision. It all depends on various factors," he added.

"I've said it many times but I am very happy at Atletico, I have a great coach and some great team-mates. I am asked a lot about my future (...) I understood (at Real Socieded) that I was too comfortable. It's not like that at Atletico, but I can't rule anything out," the Frenchman added.

With respect to reports linking him with the Premier League, he said: "I have nothing against England, apart from the weather. Manchester United is a possibility."

The only thing which he is sure of at the moment is that he will end his career in the United States, like his idol David Beckham, who inspired him to choose the number 7 and near Derrick Rose a Basketball player he admires in the NBA. In that respect, he has already spoken to David Villa.

The French international expressed his thanks to Real Sociedad, who gave him the opportunity to start his journey after being rejected by a number of French clubs because of his short stature, but he also revealed some of the abuse he heard during his time at the Anoeta Stadium "Griezmann, kill yourself, and he admits that "thanks to Simeone", he has managed to establish himself as one of the elite players in world football.

"I'm learning from him on a daily basis and I want to keep doing that. If he would have left in the summer of 2016, I would have followed him," he said in his biography.

'The Little Prince', as he is called in Spain, said he doesn't feel like "a true No 9" and that's why "getting goals is not an obsession" and he adds that since he was a kid in Macon, he copied Fernando Torres' goal celebrations, the player he would later share a dressing room with and go to for advice.

And, despite the time that has passed, Griezmann maintains that he still "feels guilty" for having pissed the penalty in the Champions League final against Real Madrid. "If I would have scored, as expected, we would have won the match," he claims.
