Abdelhamid Sabiri has signed a three-year-deal with Huddersfield Town, with the option of a year's extension.

The Premier League new boys have completed the signing of the 20-year-old, who was born in Morocco but has dual German nationality.

Sabiri scored five goals in seven appearances for Nuremberg and can play on the wing or as an attacking midfielder. He will wear the number 11 shirt at the Kirklees Stadium.

"I'm very happy that we have been able to add Abdelhamid to our squad in this summer window; he is one of the most exciting talents from the German leagues", Huddersfield manager Wagner told the club's website.

"When I have talked to him, I have been very impressed by how desperate he is to join our club and prove himself at Premier League level", he added.
