Filipe Luis was close to joining PSG last summer, but Atlético refused to sell him at the last minute unless a club payed his release clause. The French giants refused to do so and the Brazilian stayed at the Metropolitano, but they will look to reignite their interest in the full-back this summer, according to 'AS'.

Luis' contract with Atlético expires in June, meaning that this time around there would be no such problems and PSG would be able to sign the Brazilian for free.

According to 'AS', PSG have made the Brazilian defender a priority again after failing to secure his signature last summer. Lavyin Kurzawa's days at PSG are reportedly numbered, and the French champions are believed to be wanting to sell the Frenchman and replace him with Luis at zero cost.

With the season over and the summer transfer market just around the corner, Filipe Luis will certainly have many suitors as a free agent. Barcelona have been linked with a move for him as well as PSG. Meanwhile, Flamengo remain interested in him from his homeland of Brazil, however the left-back would reportedly prefer to stay in Europe.
