Memphis Depay put Barcelona ahead with six minutes on the clock. The Dutch striker scored a penalty which he himself won after being fouled by Nemanja Radoja.

Barcelona took just six minutes to take the huge pressure off them in the game against Levante. After two straight draws against Granada and Cadiz, Koeman needed a victory against Levante.

Memphis Depay put the Catalans one goal up after winning a penalty which he himself converted. The Dutchman has quality and he is Barca's major hope this season.

The former Lyon got into the box from the left hand side. He went past one and then showed his great skill by beating a second, Radoja. But he could not get past him.

The Levante player left his foot there and Depay went down in the area. The referee did not hesitate in pointing to the spot and Depay made it 1-0. The striker sent Aitor Fernandez the wrong way and he sent the ball to the keeper's right to put his team ahead.

Then, in the 14th minute, Luuk de Jong scored to put Barcelona two up to put Levante in real trouble.
