Man Utd have counted on Cristiano Ronaldo at the beginning of this week. The Portuguese star is now preparing to play against Sheriff in the Europa League after being isolated from the rest of the squad for the club's last Premier League game.

Cristiano Ronaldo is now back at Man Utd after missing the match against Chelsea in the Premier League, due to a suspension imposed by the club themselves after refusing to come on against Tottenham at Old Trafford.

During the clash against Spurs, the Portuguese left the bench and the stadium minutes before the end of a game he did not even play in. He was absolute furious

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Cristiano and Erik ten Hag have been in constant communication in the coming days and this Monday, he has once again trained to prepare for the next Europa League clash, which is against Sheriff.
