Arsenal step up bid for Granit Xhaka
The Gunners have made signing Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka their summer priority
Arsenal have stepped up their chase for the top-class Borussia Monchengladbach striker Granit Xhaka.
The 23-year-old is close to finalising a move to the Emirates from the Bundesliga side, however a fee has yet to be negotiated.
Borussia Monchengladbach reportedly want £30m for Xhaka and Arsenal are hoping to pay just £20m.
