A resigned Pep: "We know that we cannot make any more errors"
Manchester City successfully beat Everton away from home and Pep Guardiola felt the pressure of failing after the two initial trips of Manchester City in the Premier League.
Manchester City, who drew against Tottenham and lost against Norwich City, know that they cannot make more mistakes if they want to win the title once more. Especially because of the immaculate start of a Liverpool team that seems to be serious for the Premier League title.
After the clash against Everton, which Manchester City won 1-3, Pep Guardiola showed regret as he spoke about knowing that they cannot make any more mistakes.
"Last year our rivals lost only one game, we know what there is at stake," Guardiola began tersely. "But there are a lot of games left and it will be a long season. We know that we cannot fail much more," the City coach insisted.
More focused on the match against Everton,, Guardiola regretted that they had created opportunities for the ball once again and stated that they should have closed the game before.
"We forgive, but we know that sometimes the matches are tough," he said about it, before congratulating Ederson on his great performance and his two good stops: "Seeing Ederson like that helps us a lot. We know that if we grant occasions we have a goalkeeper that makes the difference. "
