The Tottenham man was captured in mobile phone footage by a fellow guest at the Radisson hotel in Mayfair as he complained to reception staff, though it is unclear what was the nature of his complaint.
Alli is accompanied by England team-mate Ross Barkley, though the Chelsea playmaker does not speak during the 36-second clip.
The video is believed to have been taken in the early hours of Monday morning, with Alli heard saying: “Fourteen grand. Think I’ll put up with any of this sh*t? What are you going to do for me? I’m just . . . but I’ve got a room here tonight.”
According to a source in 'The Sun': “They wanted to move to the penthouse suite and bring a lot of people back but were only allowed two people in a room.
“Staff were very taken aback as they were tipsy and a little irate.”
