Despite the fact he left the team a couple of season ago, Massimiliano Allegri still has a good relationship with the upper echelons at Juventus. The coach, according to 'La Repubblica', has reportedly spoken to Andrea Agnelli and invited him to sell Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese and the Italian had their run ins while they were together at the club because of Allegri's defensive tactics. However, it was not known that the situation was so serious.
The newspaper reports that Allegri told Agnelli: "Sack Cristiano Ronaldo, he's preventing the growth of the team and the club." Those comments have obviously caused controversy.
The former Juventus coach, who is close to returning to the dressing rooms and has even been linked with Juventus, joins the list of people who have criticised CR7. Antonio Cassano is another of those.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been in the news recently in Italy after getting furious following Juve's win over Genoa.
At the age of 36, the Portuguese attacker still has excellent numbers and he has scored 32 goals and got four assists in 37 appearances. Despite all of that, not everyone is a fan of him.
