Goalkeeper
Maarten Stekelenburg
The Dutch keeper represented the Netherlands at the 2010 World Cup before moving on to AS Roma. He is now at Everton.
Defenders
Jan Vertonghen
The Belgian defender scored 28 goals at Ajax and is now a part of the successful Tottenham side, playing on the left or at centre back.
Toby Alderweireld
Another Beligan defender who joined Tottenham, although he went via Atletico Madrid and Southampton, he won 3 league titles in the Dutch capital.
Davinson Sanchez
The Colombian centre back also joined Spurs from Ajax, in 2017, He played 47 games for the club, scoring 7 goals.
Gregory Van der Wiel
The Dutch right back had several successful seasons at PSG after leaving. He is now at Cagliari in the Italian league.
Midfielders
Christian Eriksen
Another player to leave for Tottenham, Eriksen won three titles in a row at Ajax between 2011-13 before signing for Tottenham.
Siem de Jong
The Dutch midfielder played 268 times for Ajax in 2 different stints, scoring 85 goals for the Dutch side.He is now playing for Sydney FC in the Australian league.
Wesley Sneijder
Sneijder played for Ajax 180 times, scoring 58 times before joining Real Madrid. He is now at Al Gharafa in the Qatari league.
Attackers
Justin Kluivert
One of the more recent players to leave, son of legendary Dutch forward Patrick, Kluivert played 56 times for Ajax before moving to Roma last summer, he is destined for great things aged just 19.
Luis Suarez
One of the Greatest forwards of his generation, the Uruguyan played at Ajax for 4 years, playing 159 matches and scoring an incredible 111 goals, with 68 assists. He joined Liverpool in 2014 before signing for Barcelona.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic
The well travelled Swedish forward played 110 times for Ajax, scoring 48 times and assisting 15 times before signing for Juventus in 2006. He is now at LA Galaxy in the MLS.
