Today, Paulo Dybala's future is far from Turin's Juventus. With the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, the Argentinian has increasingly lost his prominence throughout the season, in which he has been a starter only 29 times. Juve, who is needing cash to buy other players, is willing to sell.
'Tuttosport' reported that the Italian team will be selling the player next transfer market, and that there's "no going back" on their decision. Amongst their targets for next season is Benfica star Joao Felix, who's been displaying great quality and should be one of the most talked about young players the next transfer market. Dybala's exit would therfore soften the financial blwo for Juventus, as the Argentinian should sell for a good amount too.
Aditionally, 'Sportmediaset' noted that Juve could be trying to swap Coutinho for Dybala with Barcelona. In any case, Dybala find himself with a foot out of Turin, after having arrived in the 2015-16 season from Palermo. In his time there, he even picked up the '10' shirt, a historic number for the Turin set.
His best season was 2017-18, in which he scored 26 goals. However, he has had his disagreements with Allegri and, against Ajax, he did not deliver. Dybala was in the starting eleven, but his performance was very bad, far from what was expected of him in such a match. In fact, he stayed on the bench at half-time.
The talented Argentinian midfielder, who at 25 has his whole career ahead of him, will not be short of offers for him. The problem lies in the market value Juve can give him and how far interested teams can go. They won't give 'The Jewel' away, but the club is clear that the time has come to transfer him.
