Good news at Espanyol. The Catalan team has reported this Saturday that four of the six members of the first team that had tested positive for the coronavirus have already been discharged.
Having observed a favourable development, the doctors at Espanyol have taken this step. The remaining two, as reported by Espanyol, continue to show "mild symptoms" of the illness and "evolve favourably".
Espanyol add in their statement that the four players who have been discharged have begun the corresponding 15-day quarantine period to continue with the isolation before the COVID-19 infection ends.
However, the Catalan side has still not provided the names of the six affected "out of respect for the privacy" of the people, in addition to medical information that it has classified as "confidential".
