Pep Guardiola was not bluffing when he pointed out City's need to rejuvenate their current squad. Five players have officially left the club, while five more are expected to exit in the coming weeks.

Wilfried Bony

The striker has been on loan at Stoke, and City will try to get them to sign the player on a permanent basis.

Joe Hart

Eliaquim Mangala

A similar case as the previous to, Guardiola will try to get Valencia to extend the loan for at least another year.

Samir Nasri

After a season at Sevilla, his continuity at City is doubtful, but Guardiola may be tempted to give him another chance.

Yaya Toure

His contract finishes in one month and, despite returning to the team in good form, it looks like his time at City is coming to an end.
