10,000 euros for Zaniolo's vulgar gesture to Lazio

Serie A announced the sanctions for the last matchday. More than one of them got a 'souvenir', among them Zaniolo.

During the Lazio-Roma match, Mou decided to change him. The rival fans booed him and he couldn't bite his tongue: he responded by putting his hand on his genitals.

The image was one of the most talked about of the Roman derby. And, obviously, it has had consequences for the midfielder, although less than some would have expected.

Zaniolo's ugly gesture to the Lazio fans will be settled with a fine of 10,000 euros. He will not miss any matches.

Napoli's Osimhen was also fined, albeit 2,000 euros. He received a yellow card for simulating a penalty against Cagliari and this action was also considered punishable by Serie A.
