Even though Havertz scored for a Chelsea side who improved in the second 45, too much damage had already been done. Gross ended up getting Brighton's fourth in stoppage time. A Loftus-Cheek own goal made it two after 14 and then Chelsea woke up. Gallagher forced two terrific saves out of Sanchez, but the hosts kept attacking and a Chalobah own goal just before half-time means it 3-0. Back shortly!
