It seems that the striker has recovered from his serious injury, as he is enjoying his holidays with his family in the French Riviera.
He was injured in April during the Europa League semi final clash against Anderlecht, but it seems that he has successfully recovered from his cruciate rupture.
Manchester United already opened talks with the 35-year-old, as Mourinho confirmed his return. 'He wants more football at the highest level, so we are having conversations and discussing the possibility of him staying for the second part of the season', Mourinho said.
'He is injured and he needs time to recover. He is not ready to play tomorrow. It's not something that's urgent, it's not desperate to have it done or not', the Portuguese manager added.
