English attacker Raheem Sterling has admitted that he hasn't scored or created enough goals since joining Manchester City.
Since making the big money move (£49 million) from Liverpool last summer, the 21-year-old has made 47 appearances scoring 11 goals in the process.
Despite noticing an improvement in his performances, the player realises he has to improve in front of goal next season, when he will be playing under the notorious Pep Guardiola.
"I have learned quite a bit going into City for my first year and I think I'm improving," he said after England's win over Australia.
"I probably haven't scored as many goals or assisted as many goals as I wanted to, but I'm definitely improving mentally.
"That's the most important thing for me, the mentality to not listen to outsiders, just concentrate on being myself and expressing myself."
Out of those 47 appearances, only 23 of them came as Premier League starts, which is relatively low for such a big signing.
