According to Italian newspaper 'La Gazzetta Dello Sport', Inter's sporting director Piero Ausilio has met with his Catalan ocunterpart Ariedo Braida to discuss several matters.
Amongst them was Inter's reported interest in Aleix Vidal, with his days at the Camp Nou looking numbered.
However, the Italian side have also expressed an interest in Andres Iniesta, whose future is also far from certain and who has also been linked with a move to Juventus in recent weeks.
Following Luis Enrique's departure, any move for Vidal has been ruled out in the short term, with Ernesto Valverde wanting to see the player in action before sanctioning any sort of deal.
Iniesta's situation is not so clear, the 33-year-old does not know what his future holds, with Barcelona understood to be willing to listen to offers for his services after he started just 13 of their 38 La Liga games last season.
