Jose Mourinho is understood to be open to the idea of selling his versatile defender when the transfer window reoens in January, but if a deal doesn't come to fruition, Roma also have their eyes on Barcelona's Aleix Vidal and Atletico Madrid's Sime Vrsaljko.
