Real Madrid have rejected Chelsea's first offer of €60 million for striker Alvaro Morata, according to Marca.
Los Blancos exercised their buy-back clause in the strikers contract at Juventus, however they now look set to sell him on for a profit, with a host of clubs keen to sign him this summer.
Chelsea and Arsenal have been strongly linked with the 23-year-old, although the Blues have made an official offer unlike Arsenal.
The stated source claims that the player's agent, Juanma Lopez, has been at the Santiago Bernabeu trying to broker a deal that would see his client move to Stamford Bridge.
Madrid, however, are looking to make a big profit on the player who came up through their youth system, and are holding out for a fee of €75m.
