Drogba will play the second leg of the MLS Eastern Conference finals against Toronto FC and possibly the MLS Cup final should Montreal Impact see off their Canadian counterparts.
Montreal Impact hold a 3-2 lead in the tie, with the second leg being played on 30 November.
"There's still one or maybe two games to go. Next week's game is more important than if it's finished or not," Drogba said following the first leg of the tie.
"Everyone knows it was my last game here [in Montreal]. Now let's focus on the semi-final".
The MLS side also posted a video as a tribute to the Ivory Coast international, saying "Merci, Didier".
