Borussia Dortmund have begun talks with Andre Schurrle, who they believe is a suitable replacement for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, according to Bild.
After already losing Mats Hummels and Ilkay Gundogan, the Bundesliga could be dealt another blow with Mkhitaryan leaving after he turned down a contract extension, with a move to his 'dream club' Manchester United looking likely.
Thomas Tuchel has now identified the German international, who scored 12 goals and registered 7 assists for Wolfsburg last season, as his perfect replacement.
Schurrle only joined Wolfsburg from Chelsea last summer for a whopping €32 million, so Tuchel may have some convincing to do if he is to make a successful swoop.
