Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will refuse to sell the clubs Player of the Year to rivals Manchester United, according to the Daily Mail.
Jose Mourinho is supposedly keen on a reunion with the midfielder who he worked with at Chelsea, but Conte fears becoming unpopular very early on in his time at the club if he decides to let the player make the move.
However, Willian's out-of-form compatriot Oscar is believed to be allowed to leave the club with the on-loan Juan Cuadrado expected to be brought in for a second chance at Stamford Bridge. Juventus are said to be interested in Oscar, but it is believed the player would favour a chance to play under Conte at Chelsea.
