Chelsea will receive around £60m from Oscar's sale to the Chinese Super League club and are planning to tempt Bakayoko and Sidibe into swapping Monte Carlo for west London.
Bakayoko, a central midfielder, could pave the way for Cesc Fabregas to leave the club should he join the Blues in January. Bakayoko has 13 caps for France's U-21 side, but is yet to play for the senior national side.
Meanwhile, Sidibe would add depth to the Chelsea defence and can operate at either right-back or left-back. The 24-year-old has six caps for France and has also been linked with a move to Arsenal in the past.
