Manchester City have signed forward Nolito on a four-year deal from Celta Vigo after they met the Spanish international's £13.8m release clause.
Nolito scored 12 goals in 29 games for Celta Vigo last season and has four goals in nine appearances for his country.
The 29-year-old was also linked with Barcelona which would have meant a reunion with former manager Luis Enrique. However, the Spaniard has opted for a move to the Premier League and seems to be excited about the prospect of working for Guardiola.
"I think that Pep Guardiola is one of the best managers in the world," said Nolito.
"He knows a lot about the game and he's going to help me progress as a player. I'm sure he'll get the best out of me."
Will Nolito be a success at the Etihad?
