Former Juventus and Italy coach Marcelo Lippi referred to Barcelona's defensive deficiencies ahead of Juventus' trip to the Camp Nou: 'Barcelona have a sublime attack and nothing else, Juve play more as a unit. They defend to perfection, they’re compact, they handle each phase with experience and they attack with a quality they didn’t previously have', said the Italian.
He believes Juventus will have plenty of chances to score and they will have to make the most of them. 'They should try to suffer like they did in Turin and they will suffer, but the chances will come. Dybala and Higuain will not miss', the former coach predicted.
The key for Lippi is that Juventus have self-belief, and are able to see the opponents weaknesses. If they can do that the 'best team in Europe' should have no trouble to go on and win the Scudetto, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League: 'Believe me, it’s a Treble that’s within reach. We’re talking about the best team in Europe, a group with global value. Barça are in free fall and neither Bayern Munich or Real Madrid have impressed me', he concluded.
