Tension is rising in Catalonia. The controversial referendum is causing conflict between police and citizens and has put the clash between Barcelona and Las Palmas at 16.15 in doubt.
Barcelona have reportedly called an emergency meeting to talk about Sunday's match, which is scheduled to go ahead in less than an hour.
The Catalan club requested to the Spanish FA to suspend the match, but they said that they would not. However, according to 'COPE' have decided to go against the official word and not play the match.

According to the aforementioned source, the FA and La Liga gave the green light for match to go ahead, but Barca were the ones to decide to suspend the match.

The club have not yet released an official statement and the players are currently in the dressing rooms at the Camp Nou, waiting for an official announcment on the status of the match.
